Bounce Duo · Gizlilik Politikası

Who we are

Bounce Duo is a mobile game developed by Voltran Yazılım ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("Voltran Yazılım", "we"), Türkiye. This policy explains what data the game processes, why, who it is shared with, and how you can have it deleted.

Short version

• No account, no sign-up, no e-mail address. The game never asks for your real name.
• To show the leaderboard, a display name you choose, a random player ID and your best score are sent to our server.
• No ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of our own.
• No GPS location, contacts, photos or microphone access.

Data stored only on your device

Your coins, unlocked ball skins, theme, best score and settings (sound, language) are kept on your device (local storage). They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes them.

Data sent to our server (leaderboard)

Only if you open the Ranks screen and set a display name, when a run ends the game sends the following to our leaderboard server over HTTPS:

• Display name: chosen by you. Please do not use your real name.
• Player ID: a random identifier created on your device. It is not linked to your phone number, e-mail or any other account.
• Best score and the time it was submitted.

Display name and best score are shown publicly on the in-game leaderboard. Like any web server, ours also processes your IP address to deliver the request and to block abuse (rate limiting); technical logs are kept for at most 30 days.

What we do not do

• We do not show ads or sell in-app purchases.
• We do not add analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not access your GPS location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

How long we keep it

• Leaderboard record (display name, player ID, best score): as long as the leaderboard is running, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Server logs (including IP address): at most 30 days.
• On-device data: until you uninstall the game.

Deleting your data

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Bounce Duo data deletion" and the display name shown on the Ranks screen. Within 30 days we delete your display name, player ID and score from our server and confirm by e-mail.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Security

All traffic between the game and our server is encrypted (HTTPS only). Score submissions are signed so that random/automated requests are rejected.

Biz kimiz

Verinizi silme

[email protected] adresine "Bounce Duo veri silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve Sıralama ekranında görünen isminizi yazın. 30 gün içinde isminizi, oyuncu kimliğinizi ve skorunuzu sunucumuzdan siler, e-postayla bildiririz.

Çocuklar

Oyun genel kitleye uygundur, çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.

Güvenlik

Oyun ile sunucumuz arasındaki trafik şifrelidir (yalnız HTTPS). Skor gönderimleri imzalanır, rastgele/otomatik istekler reddedilir.
